Monica Sprague has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 17 years and a Registered Nurse for 25.  Monica currently manages the expresscare clinics for Palomar Pomerado Health and is actively involved in seeking new outpatient strategies for the provision of health care.  Monica was drawn to Fresh Start 5 years ago due to Fresh Start's extensive outreach efforts and medical collaboration.  She has her Master's degree in Education & Nursing and is currently completing her PhD in business administration.  Monica lives in Carlsbad with her 3 children and husband, Edmund.
