Pete Lassalette is a well-known industry leader in the Hospitality Industry. After holding a Regional position for 7 years with Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Pete moved to San Diego in 1996 and spent the next 4 years at the Princess Resort (now Paradise Point) on Mission Bay. He then became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Morton's of Chicago. Traveling took its toll with Morton's so Pete moved to the San Diego Yacht Club where he was the Director of Operations for 3 years. Missing the golf industry, Pete joined Morgan Run Resort and Club in 2005 until he took his current position at the Handlery Hotel and Resort in 2007.

Pete is a sought after trainer, public speaker, and consultant for numerous hospitality venues. He is a certified Meeting Professional, Certified Catering Executive and has won numerous awards for customer service and has won two San Diego Meeting and Convention Magazine Gold Key Awards. In 1999 and 2003 he was awarded Wine Spectator's top 10 wine lists.
