Individual Giving

Fresh Start depends on the charitable contributions of individual supporters like you. One-time donations of any size are welcome at any time. Since the Fresh Start Endowment fund pays the "overhead" expenditures of the organization, your contributions go directly to support medical programs for children and young adults with physical deformities. Individuals can direct their contributions to the Fresh Start general fund, endowment, or you can choose to fund specific need, such as Dental Clinic, Surgery Weekend, speech therapy, or patient travel. Besides cash contributions, individuals can support the Fresh Start mission in any or all of the following ways:

Memorial Gift -- You may establish a lasting tribute by giving a gift to honor the memory of a family member or friend.

Appreciated Stock or Real Estate -- Gifts of stock or real estate which have appreciated in value can be an excellent way to make a gift and avoid capital gains while receiving a deduction.

Bequest -- You may wish to remember Fresh Start Surgical Gifts in your will. You need only add a simple paragraph. Contact your financial and legal advisor or our office for more information.

Charitable Trust or Annuity -- It is possible to gift a trust or annuity which can pay you a lifetime income. Contact your legal/financial advisor or our office for more information.

Life Insurance Policy -- You may make Fresh Start Surgical Gifts a beneficiary of your life insurance policy or estate. |
