Nurse Angela will be available to answer questions and provide information about Fresh Start. \nAttendees can meet a beloved PBS Kids character and enjoy a variety of engaging activities\, games and educational resources. Families will also have the opportunity to receive backpacks\, school supplies and books (while supplies last). \n The entire event is free for families!

DESCRIPTION:HUG ME Ink is getting ready for their 7th Annual Back2School Glow Bash on Saturday\, July 20\, 2024 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm at Project CoWork located at 11103 West Ave\, San Antonio\, Texas 78213. Nurse Angela will be available to provide information and answer questions about Fresh Start. \nEach year HUG ME Ink has hosted this event\, they have progressed. Here’s a look back at some of their past Back2School events: \n2018: Gave out 50 backpacks (Cody Library\, We put this event together in 2 months) \n2019: Gave 250 backpacks (Cody Library\, We broke fire code and thereafter had to move to a larger space) \n2020: Gave out 450 backpacks (Drive Thru event at Neighborhood Place) \n2021: Gave out 610 backpacks (Drive Thru event at Neighborhood Place) \n2022: Gave out 575 backpacks (In-Person event at Bexar County Housing Authority) \n2023: Gave our 750 backpacks (In-Person event at Comanche Park\, in collaboration with Teachella Festival) \nCheck out our past Back2School events HERE.
