\nCelebrity Golf Tournament hosted by actor and longtime supporter Alfonso Ribeiro March 27 and 28 at
\nMorgan Run Club & Resort in Rancho Santa Fe. The star-studded, two-day event will be filled with
\ncelebrity golf, games, delicious food and drinks, and a silent auction.
\nFresh Start Surgical Gifts transforms the lives of disadvantaged infants, children and teens with physical
\nand cosmetic deformities by providing reconstructive surgery at absolutely no cost to patients or their
\nfamilies. World-renowned surgeons donate their time and expertise pro bono to offer them the medical
\ncare they need, and essentially, a fresh start in life.

\nThe annual golf tournament helps transform the lives of children suffering from physical deformities
\ncaused by birth defects, accidents, abuse or disease. The event will be hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro, best
\nknown for his roles on \u201cThe Fresh Prince of Bel-Air\u201d and \u201cAmerica\u2019s Funniest Home Videos.\u201d Ribeiro is a
\nlongtime supporter of Fresh Start Surgical Gifts and has raised around $3 million for medical programs
\nsince he started supporting Fresh Start.
\n\u201cThis is an amazing cause that I love supporting every year because the gift of transformation results in
\nmore than just what you can see,\u201d says Ribeiro. \u201cThese children will not only see a physical difference,
\nbut they can also grow up feeling more confident in how they look, leading to inner confidence and

\nCelebrities and athletes Marcus Allen, Fresh Start Advisory Board member, Damon Allen, Kyle Boller,
\nTim Brown and golf personality Alissa Kacar, to name a few, have all signed on to join in on the mission
\nof helping disadvantaged children. The goal is to raise the cost of two Surgery Weekends, providing
\n$800,000 in highly specialized medical care for 40-60 disadvantaged children by an expert volunteer
\nmedical team at no cost at all to families.
\nThe event begins with an online auction at 8:00 a.m. Friday, March 25, followed by a dinner reception
\nand silent auction on Sunday, March 27 with the tournament on Monday, March 28. The Celebrity Golf
\nportion of the Tournament will begin after registration, with breakfast burritos and a bloody mary bar
\nand then a putting contest, followed by a shotgun start at 10:00 a.m. Following the tournament, an
\nafter-party event will see Ribeiro and Brasher presenting the day\u2019s awards. Local food and beverage
\nvendors will be on every hole courtesy of Los Chuchys, Casanova, longtime sponsor of over 20 years
