This condition causes craniofacial abnormalities characterized by an abnormal head shape, small upper jaw, a high-arched palate, and fusion of the fingers and toes.<\/p>\n<p>After receiving craniofacial surgery in July of 2012, Fresh Start has now been focusing on providing surgical care for his hands.
