Without enamel, teeth become especially vulnerable to cavities and dramatic deterioration, which can be extremely painful and interfere with eating, regular dental hygiene, and even smiling.<\/p>\n<p>Estefania required extensive orthodontic work before her treatment plans could really be put into action and although it has been a long process, Estefania believes her new smile was well worth the wait.<\/p>\n<p>Estefania says, \u201cFresh Start has helped me more than I could ever imagine, everyone here is so friendly and no one ever judges you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-774\" src=\"https:\/\/www.freshstart.org\/espanol\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/estafania.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"362\" height=\"241\" \/>Estefania\u2019s treatment would have cost well over $20,000 without the help of\u00a0<a href=\"\/\">Fresh Start Surgical Gifts<\/a>\u00a0and our free orthodontic work for kids, which her and her family would never have been able to afford.
