This application is for non-licensed medical volunteers interested in supporting Fresh Start Surgical Gifts in San Diego.

Please note: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to volunteer in non-licensed medical support roles.

We are currently seeking volunteers for the following roles:
	Patient and Family Driver for Surgery Weekends and Dental Clinics Data Entry Support Translators for languages other than English and Spanish

If there are no current openings that match your interests, we are happy to keep your application on file for future volunteer opportunities.

Please note: We are unable to accommodate dental volunteer hour requirements at this time.
