Join Empower House, family, friends & community partners for our 2nd Annual Neighbors Together event at Lockwood Park on Tuesday, October 1, from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
Create community, have fun, take part in the HOOPS contest, enjoy tasty snacks and find out more about community resources and the Empower House After School Program.
The event is free and open to all ages.
Nurse Angela will be available to provide information and answer questions about Fresh Start.
