KLRN is thrilled to extend an invitation to our annual KLRN Back to School Bash at the San Antonio Food Bank. This event offers the community a chance to connect with organizations and provide valuable resources. Families can participate in fun learning activities and have the opportunity to meet a PBS KIDS character. Nurse Angela will be available to answer any questions and provide information about Fresh Start.

Fresh Start invites you to a fun-filled day at Empower House's Back to School Resource Fair event! Kick off the school year at this free event, which offers backpacks and school supplies at no cost, along with music, food, refreshments, community resources and more.

Ready to scream your heart out to the sounds of the 2000s? Join us for a fun night of music trivia packed with throwback anthems, pretzels, pints and a purpose. Test your knowledge of pop punk and rock out to your favorite songs. Though free to join, a donation of $10 is suggested to support children in need of life-changing surgery and medical care and survivors of human trafficking.

If you have a child or know of a child in need of reconstructive surgery but don’t have insurance or financial resources to cover the cost, Fresh Start can help! You’re welcome to stop by any of the free screening clinics listed below. A Fresh Start medical staff member will be available to answer any questions you may have and determine if the child is eligible to proceed with the process of becoming a Fresh Start patient.
