You’re welcome to stop by any of the free screening clinics listed below. A Fresh Start medical staff member will be available to answer any questions you may have and determine if the child is eligible to proceed with the process of becoming a Fresh Start patient. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can complete an application in advance here.
