Daniel A. Hammer, D.D.S., F.A.C.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Hammer is a practicing oral and maxillofacial surgeon in San Diego, CA. He graduated from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2011, and has been in practice for over 13 years. He completed a General Practice Residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in 2012, followed by a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the National Capital Consortium in 2017. Dr. Hammer further specialized with fellowships in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstructive surgery at John Peter Smith Health Network in 2019 and 2020, respectively. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Head and Neck Oncology and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Hammer practices at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines in La Jolla, CA.
