Join us for a special Fresh Start Class for a Cause at Affirmations of Wellness in Oceanside. This all-levels slow-flow Hatha yoga class offers a gentle, grounding experience focused on mindful movement, breath and relaxation — perfect whether you’re new to yoga or looking to reset and recharge in a supportive community space.
